Bayern Munich are stepping up preparations for the 2026 summer transfer window and have set their sights on Ismaël Saibari, the 25-year-old Moroccan attacking midfielder who is shining at PSV Eindhoven.
After an outstanding season in the Eredivisie, with 14 goals and 8 assists in 25 matches — and 18 goals in all competitions — the Dutch champions’ playmaker is attracting interest from Europe’s top clubs.
According to Dutch outlet De Telegraaf, the Bavarian side is closely monitoring Saibari’s impressive performances. He recently delivered a standout display with two goals and an assist against Utrecht, earning Man of the Match honors.
Under contract with PSV until 2029, his market value is soaring: initially estimated at €32 million, it has now risen to €40–50 million, and could even reach €60 million, according to coach Peter Bosz, who has no intention of letting his gem go cheaply.
Ready to take the next step after winning the Eredivisie title, Saibari is targeting a move to a top club like Bayern, who are looking to inject energy into their attacking midfield. However, competition is fierce, with Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan also interested.
The German giants are preparing a significant offer to convince PSV, despite rising demands fueled by growing interest.
This transfer could mark the arrival of the first Moroccan player in Bayern Munich’s history, strengthening a squad already boosted by signings such as Luis Díaz (€70 million in 2025).
With Vincent Kompany in charge, Bayern are targeting both the Champions League and the Bundesliga. Saibari — a versatile right winger standing at 1.85m — fits perfectly the profile needed to bring dynamism to their attacking play.
