Ligue 1 Mobilis: the 29th matchday begins with two major fixtures, full schedule revealed

The Professional Football League (LFP) has announced the official schedule for the 29th matchday of the Ligue 1 Mobilis championship, set for June 16 and 17, 2025. This round opens on Monday, June 16, with two highly anticipated matches: USM Alger will face ES Sétif in Baraki, while US Biskra will host USM Khenchela at the 18-February Stadium in Biskra. These games are particularly crucial as teams aim to consolidate their mid-table positions.

The next day, Tuesday, June 17, six additional matches will complete the day. The league leader, MC Alger, will travel to Chlef to challenge ASO, while their closest contender, JS Kabylie, will visit Mostaganem. Meanwhile, CR Belouizdad will host MC Oran in Baraki. Other key clashes, including NC Magra vs CS Constantine, MC El-Bayadh vs Olympique Akbou, and JS Saoura vs Paradou AC, will take place simultaneously, promising intense competition both for the top spots and relegation battles.

Sportingly, USM Alger secured an important victory against ES Sétif thanks to a decisive late goal by Ghacha, strengthening their position in the standings. On the other hand, USM Khenchela delivered a strong performance by winning away against US Biskra, a crucial result in their fight against relegation. These outcomes reflect the growing competitiveness of Ligue 1 Mobilis as the season approaches its end.

As this matchday approaches, all teams are aware of the importance of the points at stake. MC Alger, with 53 points, still tops the standings, followed by JS Kabylie (49 points) and CR Belouizdad (48 points). The suspense remains high for the title and qualification for continental competitions, with decisive matches not to be missed over the next 48 hours, featuring significant stakes both for the favorites and the teams at the bottom of the table.
