Amine Harit is expected to leave OM for €8 million

Amine Harit, the 27-year-old Moroccan attacking midfielder under contract with Olympique de Marseille until 2027, is expected to leave the club this summer. After a season limited by recurring injuries that saw him play only 13 Ligue 1 matches, Harit no longer fits into coach Roberto De Zerbi’s plans. The manager aims to refresh the squad, making the player transferable with an estimated valuation around €8 million, despite some market estimates valuing him higher at €15 million.

Harit has turned down offers from Italy and Russia and is encouraged to find a new club to revive his career, especially after a red card suspension and a calf injury sidelined him. Turkish clubs like Trabzonspor reportedly show interest, with rumors also suggesting a possible return to the German Bundesliga.

Having joined Marseille from Schalke 04 in 2021 and making his move permanent in 2023, Harit has scored around ten goals and provided twenty assists in 107 appearances for OM. The Moroccan international, capped since 2017, is eager to regain consistent playing time to maintain his place in the national team.

This summer will be decisive for Amine Harit, as he looks for a fresh start at a club where he can reestablish himself at a top level. Securing regular minutes on the pitch is key for his sporting and financial future, making the upcoming transfer window a pivotal moment in his career.
